Calendar

A month view of every post and schedule, across every connected channel.

The calendar shows every account together, Monday-first, with a small glyph on each entry telling you what kind of thing it is before you even open it:

Planned: a projected future run from a recurring schedule, not a real post yet

Each entry also shows a small platform badge, so a busy day across five accounts is still scannable at a glance.

Schedules vs. planned runs

A schedule is a recurring cadence attached to a config: daily, weekly, hourly, or every N hours, always in UTC. The calendar's dashed entries are that cadence projected forward up to 200 runs; they're not posts yet, just a preview of when the next ones would land if nothing changes. Click a real post (anything other than a planned entry) to open it.

What you can do from a post's detail view

  • Approve, edit, or reject: if it's still pending.
  • Reschedule: pick a new time; this replaces the pending publish job rather than duplicating it.
  • Publish now: skip the wait.
  • Mark as posted: only for manual-posting accounts, once you've copied and posted it yourself.
  • Remove: deletes it from Pegacraft. If it's already posted to the platform, this does not un-post it there.

Pausing a schedule

Each schedule can be paused or resumed independently from its config. Pausing stops new posts from being generated on that cadence without touching the config itself, so you can turn a feed off temporarily without losing the setup.
